I explore my neurodiversity and the internal conflicts it brings. I seek moments of peace and harmony amidst the chaos, fostering understanding and acceptance of my unique perspective. This world was birthed through practising ‘automatism’ where I would draw and write without conscious thought. Through a series of writing exercises to develop my ideas and forming dada poems, I use paint pouring techniques to visualise this dimension.
